Meet Liz White

My name is Elizabeth;  a proud mum of three, and a soul with a deep calling to share, guide and support.

I am a lifelong lover of energetic modalities and their profound potential to help people reclaim their energy, their clarity, and their sovereignty. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the magic of blending elements. As a child, I would lose myself in steeping of geranium petals in old apothecary bottles ~ following an intuitive knowing that this was more than play; it was the beginning of a lifelong path.

Alongside this, I’ve always held a deep empathy and curiosity for people and their life experiences; understanding the unseen energies that shape us.

In 2009, moving from Melbourne to the Mornington Peninsula created a space for me to remember my prupose: to support others in reconnecting to their truth, their energy, and their own empowered path.

I was here that my work in Intuitive Aromatherapy truly deepened. I began to witness the profound ability to support the mind, body and spirit; help8ing people to transform their perspective on their life situations. My clients were enlivened with clarity, their own truth and felt open to higher and new possibilities.

As I continued on this path I was introduced to the wisdom of Human Design ~ this experience fundamentally changed my life. It helped me to see myself in a new light, and to finally accept and embrace the ways I was different from those around me. This shift was so profound that I knew I could not turn away from this tool. It became essential to the way I support my clients to understand, honour and take empowered aligned action in their own lives.

In time, Energy Field Healing, hands on energetic healing and clearing, became an integral part of my work also. Through this modality came an understanding of the power of the subtle layers within our unique energetic field, and the essential role of the chakra system. I am now able to help clients clear deep imprints, dissolve energetic interference, and restore vitality to their systems.

Most recently, Family Constellation Healing became the final piece of my evolving Support for my clients. It offers a way to resolve inherited patterns and relational entanglements that often unconsciously shape our lives.

Today, I draw on all of these practices, creatively weaving them together, or using them as standalone tools, to meet each person exactly where they are. Every journey is unique, and it is a privalge to walk alongside my clients as they release what is not theirs to carry, reclaim their sovereignty and step in expanded possibiliity
